Vineyards are located on the east side of Verona.
Harvest and vinification
The picking of the grapes starts in early September. All the wine process aims to underline the rich bouquet of this wine. The soft pressing is followed by a cold maceration and a traditional fer- mentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Straw yellow colour. The nose shows fresh notes of apple and bro- om. It is dry and well-structured, high acidity which is in harmony with the fruits of the nose.
