Production area

The vineyards of our Lambrusco are located in the hilly area between Mantua and the Lake Garda.

Grape variety

Lambrusco Salamino, Maestri and Marani.

Harvest and vinification

Harvest starts about the end of August and the beginning of September. Light maceration, drawing off and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20° C.  Slow second fermentation.

Tasting notes

It has a fresh acidity, light and fruity, silky when tasted, leaving a pleasantly clean aftertaste. It has an intense, bright ruby red in colour, with persistent bubbles. Violet flowers and black cherry on the nose; dry and zesty, ripe red fruit with hints of cherry on the palate.
