The vineyards for the production of this wine grow in the area south-east area of Lake Garda, in the sunny and hilly hinterland of Custoza.
Trebbiano, Garganega, Cortese, Riesling, Malvasia.
Harvest and vinification
Harvest generally starts between the end of August and the beginning of September. The vinification of the grapes is geared towards encouraging the typical flavours of the varieties used. It starts with cold maceration of the grapes, soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation follows.
It has a bright straw yellow colour with lively green highlights. On the nose it has fresh hints of flowers and of fruits. It is a dry white wine with good structure and fresh acidity. On the palate it shows the floral and fruity sensations found on the nose, enriched by delicate hints of chlorophyll.
