Production area

Vineyards are situated  in the area between the temperate south coast of Lake Garda and the hills northwest of Mantua

Grape variety

Merlot, Rondinella e Cabernet

Harvest and vinification

Harvest usually starts  end of September . The berries are crushed and the must undergoes a very short maceration, to extract the colour, and finally the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks, in order to bring out the aromatic characteristics of the grapes.

Tasting notes

It has a bright cherry-red colour . It has delicate scents of berry fruits  and wild rose accompanied by fruity and floral notes on the palate. Due Rose is a fresh, soft and harmonious wine, where red berry-like sensations are combined with a youthful freshness.

Summary

Excellent with risottos and pasta, it goes well with white meats. To be tasted fresh in combination with polentine with sauces.
